Transfer Customer

This option is a utility program that will allow you to transfer customer information from one customer to another. Both customer ID codes must exist in the system prior to using this option.

You may enter customer transfers at any time during the day. Enter all transfers in the order in which you want them to occur.

The actual updating of all files will occur after all other End of Day Processing has been completed, if End of Day (EOD) -Transfer Utilities is set to Y (Y = Yes) in Close End of Day.

After transferring all information to the new customer, the old customer will be deleted and all transaction records, tables, and system settings will be moved and changed to the new customer.
